Phil St. Pierre
Praise be... the Reverend Phil St.Pierre, a Windsor native, took his pilgrimage to London 2 years ago.
We here at Perfect Image were blessed with his employment upon his arrival. Phil's aspirations include having 12 children to pass on his good word, and to tattoo the hell out of London. Phil enjoys working on black and grey, religious and art that is influenced by skater and punk culture. Phil also confesses that he enjoys doing cute tattoos as well.
