Richard Andrews
Born in Oshawa , Ontario 1984, Richard was a Graffiti artist as a teen and still is today.
He started tattooing in Oshawa in 2006,and has since travelled across Canada fine tuning his tattoo skills along the way.
After a few guest spots, Richard came to Perfect Image full time as of June 2011.
