He was very welcoming and an amazing guy to talk with and create a quick on the spot concept. He checked with me countless times to make sure every last detail was to my liking and that I was leaving with art that I was proud to have. Very efficient and gentle, as well as having one of the quietest machines I've ever had used on me (a big plus if you ask me).
